HaStudio Le'Ivrit means "The Studio for Hebrew." Originally affiliated with the Miles Nadal JCC language program in Toronto, our Hebrew program has grown into a live online Hebrew learning community with students in Canada, the United States, Europe, and beyond.
Our teaching method combines clear grammar instruction, vocabulary building, reading, writing, and conversation practice. Students progress through a structured learning path while gaining confidence using modern Hebrew in real-life situations.
Yes. Most of our Hebrew courses are designed for adults, from complete beginners to advanced Hebrew speakers. We also offer a dedicated B'nai Mitzvah Hebrew course for children and teens.
No previous Hebrew knowledge is required for our Beginner Hebrew course. We also offer intermediate and advanced Hebrew courses for students with prior experience.
Yes. Our Zoom Hebrew courses are taught live by experienced Israeli teachers and include real conversation, interaction, and personal guidance.
Each lesson includes a summary and homework for review and practice. If you miss a class, these materials help you stay connected to the course and continue practicing between lessons.

We offer live Zoom group courses, self-paced online Hebrew courses, one-on-one private lessons, advanced conversation courses, and a B'nai Mitzvah Hebrew course for children and teens.

Each Zoom Hebrew course includes 10 live sessions. Classes meet once a week for 90 minutes.
Yes. We offer course times for East Coast, West Coast, and European time zones, so students can join our live online Hebrew courses from different locations.

Yes. We offer a B'nai Mitzvah Hebrew course for children and teens ages 10–16. The course focuses on Hebrew reading, writing, vowels, basic vocabulary, and simple sentence building. We also offer one-on-one lessons tailored to the child's level and pace.
Each adult Zoom course is limited to 12 students, allowing for interaction, questions, speaking practice, and personal attention. The children's course is limited to 6 students.
The price of each 10-lesson Zoom Hebrew course is listed on the individual course page. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Yes. Each Zoom course uses a digital PDF textbook with lesson summaries, Hebrew materials, exercises, and homework for review and practice. The PDF textbook is purchased during registration and is reserved for enrolled students.
